Fishbone Stitch
The Fishbone Stitch can be used to fill in leaves. Draw a line in the middle of the leaf for orientation.
Fishbone Stitch Instructions
- Make a straight stitch from the tip of the leaf along the center line.
- Bring the needle up on the left side of the first stitch and go back down on the center line slightly below the first stitch.
- Now come up on the right side and bring the needle back to the center.
- Do the same on the left.
Repeat the process to fill the whole shape.
